Happy AI Literacy Day! We’re incredibly proud of all our students who “secured the bag” and entered our #AI4FinancialGood challenge. 🎉 These students created hundreds of captivating projects that explored how AI can be used to help people with their finances. Let’s meet the winners of our challenge and learn more about their incredible projects.

First Place: Shruti and Swetha

Coming in first place for our College Loops division, Shruti and Swetha created AIFinTech, an app aimed at helping immigrant families manage personal finances. Going beyond simply tracking a budget, the app offers advice on how to increase investment yields.

Imagine having a BFF that helps you save money. BudgetBFF is an app aimed at making financial education and budgeting accessible to everyone. College Loops members and second-place winners Itzel, Erika, and Shukria’s project use customized learning modules focused on financial literacy.

Third Place: Ximena, Jasmine, and Diya

College Loops members and third-place winners Ximena, Jasmine, and Diya created a project that simplifies financial aid using AI. Their chat-based AI is aimed at simplifying access to financial aid, offering a holistic and personalized approach to scholarship matchmaking while prioritizing inclusivity and community.
